Job Description and Expectations
- Manage day-to-day digital media campaign activities including search marketing, search optimization, display advertising, and web analytics for ever-growing client base and maintain positive client relationships.
- Identify valuable, actionable insights and trends based on review and analysis of campaign metrics, ensuring all digital media programs are running effectively and efficiently.
- Work as project manager as needed on applicable aspects of digital media projects that require design, motion, and/or development resources.
- Increase expertise and work to improve level of knowledge within craft and digital media by staying current with trends and attending speaking events, conferences, and social gatherings.
- Communicate effectively both internally and with clients – including hosting regularly scheduled status meetings/calls with clients to present campaign data in a meaningful way that highlights valuable insights into metrics that drive successful campaigns – not just presenting numbers.
- Research and present new technologies & best practices as it relates to search and online advertising to team members and throughout agency.
Recommended Experience/Traits
Team member must possess:
- 1-3 years experience managing digital marketing initiatives including paid search advertising, search engine optimization, and display advertising
- Experience using web analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture’s SiteCatalyst
- Experience with digital media planning and buying a plus
- Keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task across many client projects and deadlines.
- Ability to identify the overall workflow of a digital media project, estimate and monitor time against various tasks, and manage to those timelines.
- Reliable, dependable and flexible to meet the needs of an ever-changing campaign goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Interdepartmental & client communication skills to build positive relationships with colleagues & clients.
- Solid presentation skills.
