It’s a simple formula really.  The best ideas and the best work come from the best people.  And the best people want a place to work that is personally, professionally, and financially rewarding.

We decided early on to create a culture and environment that appeals to a new breed of digital advertising leaders, creatives, and technologists.  Our culture is passionately digital and relentlessly innovative.  We work very hard to find people who have a common passion for digital media, from strategy, to design, to development.

That’s why we named our company “Genuine.”  Because that’s what our culture is all about.  We are Genuine.
