Summary

The Account Director (AD) serves as the primary, trusted and credible business contact for the client and is responsible for overall client satisfaction. Account Supervisor

The Account Supervisor (AS) manages all the daily activities of an account. Typically reporting to an Account Director or higher, the AS is an account’s strategic and tactical leader, working with clients to determine needs and manage growth and operations.   • Design flawless engaging experiences for our clients in a wide variety of platforms

Digital Media Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Digital Media Manager who will help drive engagement across all digital channels on behalf of clients and deliver strategic insights across brand efforts. The Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of strategic digital initiatives including development of campaigns, content creation and driving engagement across multiple channels including Web, social and mobile.

The ideal candidate will be able to effortlessly shift between strategy ideation, campaign management and execution, and analytics interpretation. We are looking for a digital marketing maven with the experience to manage paid search, display, content, and mobile marketing campaigns, while becoming a trusted advisor to our clients. The Digital Media Manager would also act as client lead for several accounts, with travel to the client location approximately twice per month.

Candidates must:

  • Have 5-7+ years of experience at a an interactive, digital advertising, search marketing, and online and mobile campaigns.

PHP/Drupal Developer

PHP/Drupal Web Application Engineer

The day to day responsibilities include writing code as part of a team on large projects, coding individually for smaller projects or maintaining existing Drupal and PHP sites.

Social Media Community Manager

The Social Media Community Manager will lead social strategy for clients’ across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to meet client objectives. The Social Media Community Manager candidate is responsible for actively engaging customers and influencers across social media channels. This is a blended role involving the strategic development, execution and management of social media campaigns, as well as day-to-day activities including community outreach and response. The Community Manager works with client, internal and external partners to plan, execute and measure all aspects of social media programs. Sr. Producer

The primary responsibilities for this position are scoping, managing and delivering interactive projects. Candidates will work with a Digital Account Manager to consult with clients and lead design, development, and flash teams on interactive communications projects. The Senior Producer will also have the opportunity to participate in business development activities with both new and existing clients.

Responsibilities

User Experience Designer / Information Architect

Genuine Interactive is seeking a User Experience Designer / Information Architect to join our team in Boston, MA. Ideally, this person has 2 to 4 years’ experience as a UXD/IA.

While this role focuses on translating client needs into sitemaps, wireframes and supporting user experience documents, we also need someone who has a passion for digital and is always thinking of how to translate that passion and knowledge into winning client solutions. Candidates must be proficient in Adobe InDesign and have a practical knowledge of Adobe Photoshop. Additionally the UXD/IA must be technically savvy and ideally skilled in prototyping tools like Axure, Visio or Keynote. The UXD/IA must also have a working knowledge of HTML, Javascript, and Flash.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in business discovery sessions that get to the heart of our clients, their businesses, their target audiences, and their content
