Summary
The Account Supervisor (AS) manages all the daily activities of an account. Typically reporting to an Account Director or higher, the AS is an account’s strategic and tactical leader, working with clients to determine needs and manage growth and operations. Day-to-day, this work would include close interaction with internal creative and project management teams: developing creative direction and briefing the team, coordinating deliverables and tactics, reviewing creative work, and presenting various strategic and creative work to clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic marketing guidance and thought leadership to client to promote digital as critical and integral to the overall marketing mix
- Develop and maintains estimates and contracts for any new work and partners with Delivery team to ensure schedule and delivery expectations are reasonable
- Works closely with Delivery teams to ensure all processes and procedures are complete, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable
- Uncovers client business objectives and needs, devise strategies and tactics, and implement solutions to achieve client goals
- Demonstrates professionalism in communication, punctuality, follow-through, and commitment to the client’s business
- Possesses ability to provide business, financial and market analyses for client assignments
- Demonstrates fiscal responsibility when managing client revenues profitably
- Manages Senior Account Executives team members
- Maintains industry experience and knowledge of client’s business to generate plans that will impact client business in a positive and measurable manner
- Thorough understanding of Genuine’s capabilities and service and effectively communicating all offerings to the client
Experience/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree; advanced degree in business or marketing is a plus
- Approximately 5+ years of related industry experience; Fortune 1000 experience is a plus
- Proven track record for successfully managing projects and internal teams through completion
- Experience in creation and application of digital strategy, marketing communication planning, interactive design, creative development and execution, advertising, media planning, business analysis, and market research
- Excellent client management skills for setting and managing client expectations

Designer
Genuine Interactive, a leading Boston-based Digital Marketing Agency, is seeking a designer to join our team.
Primary responsibilities include working alongside the interactive designers and development team to ensure effective visual production design. Designs must adhere to interactive best practices for usability and user centered flow. Will be responsible for executing designs based around established style guides and project parameters. Must be proactive in advancing knowledge for web based and UX centered design.
Key Responsibilities
- Production design for inner page templates, interactive kiosks, html emails, facebook campaigns, online banner ads.
- Must be able to execute designs based on already established look and feels, with strong consideration of branding elements.

Senior User Experience Designer & Information Architect
Genuine Interactive is currently seeking a Senior User Experience Designer & Information Architect to join our team in Boston, MA. Ideally, this person has 5 to 10 years of agency experience as a UXD/IA as well as demonstrated team leadership characteristics.
The key role of the UXD/IA will be to exercise both analytical and creative thinking abilities to skillfully merge research, best practices and innovation to generate unique user experience solutions that achieve project goals. This role will prove integral throughout the project timeline from business discovery to post-launch, working in collaboration with the creative, visual design, motion, video, digital marketing and tech teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong visual communication design skills, as well as the ability to verbally communicate design documentation internally to project teams and externally for client presentation. Candidates must be proficient in Adobe InDesign and have a practical knowledge of Adobe Photoshop. Additionally, the UXD/IA must have a working knowledge of Axure, Visio or Keynote and be overall technically savvy.
